In order of appearance, the outfits are from:

Original Manga by Shirow (Part 2: Super Spartan). She has a ridiculous number of outfits, but this was the one it seemed she wore the most. I also skipped the Manga sequel.

1995 Anime Film. Outfit is from the famous opening scene before she disrobes and does her invisibility thing. I skipped Innocence since she doesn't really feature in the same way in that film.

Stand Alone Complex Season One.

Stand Alone Complex Season Two. Again, she wears a lot of outfits in the show, but I think these were the most popular.

First Assault Online, video game.

2017 Live Action Film. Her thermoptic camouflage when she hunts down that guy in the water.

Arise. This might be the outfit from the "New Movie" that she wears when they storm the ship. I haven't watched Arise in a while. I picked this over the red suit because I thought it was cooler.
